Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting sales team in day-to-day sales operations
  • Issue Internal Sales Orders on the basis of information shared by the sales team.
  • Post sales orders and follow-ups on delivery timelines
  • Invoice issuance and customer payments follow up
  • Credit/ Debit and customer account adjustments
  • To perform the operational work related to IMS activities including Customer Surveys, Internal / External Audits, and follow-up of Departmental Objectives as per given timelines.

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:

• BBA/ BS (Hons) with 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Basic knowledge of ERP system

• Good Interpersonal Skills

• Good Presentation & Communications Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel
