Sales Operations Officer

Key responsibilities:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly analysis & reporting of key business indexes via dashboards and trackers
• Organizing and maintaining preparation of files of Monthly operational reviews
• Assisting sales team in coorindation with customers/regular follow ups for external tasks e.g. Shade Cards, Draw Downs, Mechanical Approvals, etc
• Coordination with logistics for operations at customer end (Aligning Receipted dispatch notes, Lifting arrangements of CRMs etc.)
• Providing support to core sales teams for creating SAP documents and execution of all SAP related tasks
• Coordination with IT on SAP related concerns pertaining to SD module and RSF engine
• Submission of original sales tax invoices to customers as per agreed protocol & time frame
• Coordination with sales accounts, on invoice, credit/debit notes, and transaction related issues
• Maintain office filing for assigned tasks
• Other assignments given by area marketing manager.
  
  

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:

• B.Com/M.Com/BSc./BBA/ACCA
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP, Ms Excel & Power BI
• Collaborative and effective in cross-functional teamwork
• Proactive and solution-focused in resolving operational issues
• Clear and professional in verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Customer-centric with a commitment to service excellence
