Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. To do Marine underwriting with due diligence
2. To issue renewal notices as per SOP
3. To ensure that quotations, Cover Notes, Policies and endorsements are issue as per TAT
4. To attend and resolve customer complaints & queries under RM’/Functional Heads guidance
5. To prepare and send various reports to marketing department & senior management
6. To comply SOPSs of the company, IGI Quality Policy, ISO standards, AML, KYC etc.

Skills/Experience and Qualification

1. Qualification: Bachelor's
2. Experience 1-2 years
3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office
