Shift Engineer

Purpose:

To ensure optimized shift operations by ensuring quality, product safety & safe working environment 

Job Responsibilities:

1. To complete Non-conformance report and maintain daily record
2. To coordinate with shift quality team to find in process nonconformance and implementation of remedial action to avoid off code production
3. To achieve production targets ensuring quality, quantity & energy optimization
4. To ensure availability of manufacturing materials and supplies
5. To ensure appropriate storage of multiple product grades, proper packing material usage and batch# marking on packing material
6. To write shift wise production report and verification of each unit log sheets and documents control
7. To implement training plan of team regarding quality, safety, process & energy optimization, manufacturing excellence techniques
