Team Lead - Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and evaluate CSR programmes in the areas of health, education, environment, welfare and culture, reflecting the sectoral focus of Packages Foundation and affiliated trusts.

  • Assess donation proposals and conduct due diligence on partner organisations, ensuring they possess valid registration certificates, FBR exemption certificates and relevant accreditations, such as those required by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy and Punjab Charities Commission.

  • Benchmark and analyse donation requests on metrics like cost per beneficiary, service quality and governance standards, and prepare recommendations for the Board of Trustees.

  • Coordinate pre‑ and post‑donation audits; regularly document the impact of funded projects and ensure that beneficiaries are served effectively.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track donation disbursements, sector‑wise spending and area‑wise footprint; present findings to management and recommend improvements.

  • Manage healthcare outreach initiatives, such as medical camps and health centres, by liaising with healthcare partners and ensuring cost‑effective services, drawing on comparative cost analyses of medical camp providers.

  • Oversee environmental and welfare projects, including tree plantation drives, water filtration plant installations and disaster relief efforts.

  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (Group Supply Chain, Civil Team, corporate partners) to optimise resources and minimise costs for CSR projects.

  • Engage with NGOs and community organisations (e.g., WWF, SOS Children’s Villages, Pakistan Association of the Blind, PCP) to build strategic partnerships, negotiate MoUs and monitor programme delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with governance structures, including preparing annual budgets for Board approval, monitoring monthly accounts and maintaining transparency in fund utilisation.

  • Communicate CSR activities through internal and external channels; organise volunteer programmes for employees and promote a culture of social responsibility within the Group.
