
Team Lead Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) – Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

Key Accountabilities:
•Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Integrated SHE Management Systems, ensuring alignment with the organizational SHE agenda and a strong commitment to zero harm to man, equipment, and the environment.
•Ensure full compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, standards, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements at all Company sites.
•Plan, lead, and continuously improve preventive and proactive SHE programs including: Compliance audits and performance monitoring of SHE systems against the applicable standards and action planning to reduce non-conformances.
•Responsible as point of coordination for integrating SHE initiatives in Co.’s SOPs/Operations, promoting standardization, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Deliver the Company’s capability development agenda through training & education of employees on IMS, SHE policies and applicable standards.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
•Min. B.E. in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Sciences.
•Min. 05 years experience in a manufacturing set up with at least 03 years in dedicated HSE role.
•Certifications: NEBOSH IGC.
•Must have experience in Occupational Health & Safety Management and Process Safety.
•Strong knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001 and 45001), OSHA and PSM elements with proven record of implementation; know-how of regulatory Compliances, International Safety Standards and H&S management systems.
•SAP/ERP awareness and MS Office proficiency (Intermediate level).
