Utilities Technician

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain cooling towers and related accessories, including pumps and motors
• Look after the water treatment system to main good water chemistry and ensure optimal performance & compliance with standards.
• Maintain and operate the water chillers and its related accessories to ensure efficient operation.
• Manage air handling units and associated accessories to ensure operational standards.
• Maintain and operate the air compressor and its related accessories to ensure efficient operation.
• Active participation in all plant maintenance activities.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour:

• 3-Years Diploma/DAE in Mechanical or HVACR
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve equipment or system issues.
• Attention to detail to maintain water chemistry, compliance standards, and efficient operations.
• Teamwork and collaboration to coordinate effectively with plant and maintenance teams.
• Safety awareness and compliance orientation to ensure safe operations and adherence to standards.
