• To keep Dawning hall tables and Service counter s clean

• To follow strict hygiene company SOPs and HACCP

• To deal promptly with minor incidents, e.g cleaning up   

   food spillages, keeping the canteen area and furniture   

   clean and free from debris

• To manage service during rush and peek timing

• To coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

• To report and any food safely or cleanness issue to supervisor

• To guide to employees about menu an portion size
